Lisa Wong is a certified Transformation Coach who specializes in transforming unresourceful thoughts, beliefs, habits and patterns using NLP and mindfulness to help people optimize their work and life. She founded OPEAKLIFE PLT to help individuals and organizations optimize performance, as well as create enjoyable and fulfilling work and life experiences.

Prior to her work as a Transformation Coach, Lisa was hosting television shows for channels such as ESPN, Singapore’s Starhub, ASTRO, ntv7 and RTM in Malaysia, South East Asia and Asia Pacific. After 17 years in television and having hosted over 20 different tv shows including multiple award-winning shows such as ESPN's SportsCenter, ntv7's The Breakfast Show and Bella, she decided it was time for her to move towards her personal journey of self-realization and actualize her life purpose, that is helping people towards their goals.

Fazilah Yusof is a Certified Master Performance Coach (CMPC) accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. She established Invictus Leadership Consulting (ILC) as a private practice focusing on Leadership Consulting and C-Suite executive Coaching to CEOs as well as aspiring young leaders moving up the corporate ladder.

Prior to establishing ILC, Fazilah served the corporate sector for 30 years partnering with multifarious industries ranging from oil & gas, financial, industrial and Government linked Companies (GLC) whilst holding Senior Management roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at Human Resources Development Fund and Prudential BSN Takaful.

Her wide exposure in Change Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management and Organizational Development not only made her a successful HR practitioner but also an excellent coach, trainer, mentor and motivator. Due to her personal interest in building people, she had spearheaded several change management projects involving talents. These include the development and implementation of Leadership Development platforms in line with building of leadership bench strength and succession planning.

Awarded as one of the 501 Fabulous Global HR Leaders of the World by the World HRD Congress in 2020, Fazilah is a Human Resources advocate with a passion in executive coaching and change management. The obsession of uplifting individuals transform themselves to realize their hidden potential is what excites her.

A visionary and strategic senior level academic leader with a natural propensity for high performance who is currently Vice-Chancellor, Saito University College. She was previously the Dean of Taylors Business School for 13 years. As a Chartered Accountant who is also academically qualified with a Doctorate and coupled with industry experience, her views are both forward thinking and unconventional. As a transpersonal leader, she is authentic, ethical and has a high degree of emotional intelligence which is embedded in her leadership and this has delivered significant positive impact. Her years of immersion in service-learning and community engagement focusing on diversity and inclusion mainly in South-East Asia has given her an innate ability to engage with all key stakeholders. She has produced various impact reports for social enterprises and industry partners throughout the region and is currently working on projects in Myanmar and West Africa.

She is now a Fellow of CMI, UK and also serves as the Treasurer, Regional Board Member of the Chartered Management Institute, Malaysia (CMI, UK) and is also a member of various professional bodies. She is the Special Advisor to Globsyn Business School, India and is a much sort after advisor and academic leader in the Region. She is Senior Member of the International Economics Development Research Center(IEDRC) and technical advisor for AKPK AFBES 2020/21 and contributes professionally as a member of the board of advisors and sits on various committees in the Australia New Zealand Institute (ANZI) and serves as a Mentor and Coach for various organisations. She serves as an external examiner and validator for various universities in the UK, India and Australia. Currently, she is a Visiting Professor at the Myanmar Human Resource Institute.

Chanratanak Rong, a creative communications specialist, is from Cambodia and have been residing in Malaysia for 10 years. She is currently leading Group Marketing Communications at Sunway Healthcare Group with operations in Malaysia and Singapore. Previously held other communications and market development roles in healthcare, higher education and corporate events industries; Chanratanak Rong is one of the founding committee members of the Tulips Movement which is a civic and social organization aimed to provide a community platform for women to unleash their potential.
